Duration and Structure of Undergraduate Education


Undergraduate education abroad typically lasts 3 years. There are options for minors and double majors. Additionally, programs known as "sandwich courses" last 4 years and provide 1 year of work experience.

Undergraduate Application Methods


UCAS: UCAS is used for applying to universities abroad. Required documents include high school diploma, A Level/IB/SAT scores, IELTS/TOEFL results, and references.
Foundation Program: Mandatory for those without an A Level diploma, it helps develop language and academic skills.
International Year One: An option for students with insufficient GPA or language proficiency, allowing them to transition to the second year of their undergraduate program.
Conditional Admission: Offered to students who do not meet the required qualifications, with the possibility of acceptance once the conditions are met.

Application Deadlines


Application Process - UCAS: Through the UCAS system, students have five choices for their applications. The process consists of the following steps:

Creating an account and entering personal information

Providing educational background and preferences

Sharing projects and work experience

Attaching the statement of purpose and letters of recommendation

Paying the UCAS application fee

Undergraduate Education Costs


The cost of undergraduate education abroad ranges
from £10,000 to £33,000 per year. Prices vary depending on
the university’s location, the program, and available scholarships.
Additionally, accommodation, transportation, and food expenses
should also be included in the budget.

Requirements


High School Performance: A high school GPA of at least 60 is recommended.
The higher the GPA, the higher the quality of the universities to
which the student is accepted.

Language Proficiency:The IELTS UKVI exam is mandatory.
Those without a Foundation program can also be accepted
with the IELTS Academic exam.

Additional Exams


AP and SAT: Some universities may require SAT and AP exam results.

IB (International Baccalaureate): An IB diploma is highly valued by universities and provides an advantage.

Visa Process


The type of visa to apply for when studying abroad is the TIER 4 visa.

CAS Certificate (Acceptance letter) - IELTS UKVI exam result
Bank statement - English transcript and diploma
